Billing & Retainer Policy

• The base rate for The Dubis Group is $125 per hour with an initial two hour minimum.
• Press Releases are done on a flat rate basis depending upon length and distribution. Newswire Distribution Fees are on top of and separate from our company fees. Here is a menu of pricing options from our PR site.
• We utilize PayPal for client work billed under $500 and clients may use any major credit card for payment. Having a PayPal account is not required. Payments are expected within seven (7) days. Press release clients submit payment before the release is distributed.
• For ongoing services that require more flexibility in the type of support and a specific committment of hours pre week or month,  we offer a retainer option. Minimum monthly retainer fees start at $750 and increase based on the number of hours and/or projects requested per month.

Our retainer option offers several advantages:

Commitment: Specific hours are dedicated to the client for ongoing projects and regular meetings can be scheduled to insure smooth communications and work flow.

Flexibility: The Dubis Group will be able to leverage on demand its various services insuring that the right resources and focus are applied at every single stage of the creative and implementation process

Continuity: It appears very often that the development of a business or marketing plan leads to new ideas and opportunities. Having an on going collaboration insures that those ideas and opportunities are not lost. Furthermore, a retainer solution allows a smooth transition from development to implementation.
