Reading will change your life

I was told many years ago that the two things that would change my life would be the books I read and the people I meet. And I must say that has been true in my case and in the case of many people I know. In our fast paced world many of us have stopped reading and have started skimming and viewing. Parents today are not instilling a love of reading in their kids and we are paying the price for that with every generation that comes along.

Now it seems kids have picked up MP3 players in droves and not books. I would like to suggest a few books for your reading pleasure and knowledge enhancement. Here are some “quick reads” from my personal library, and you can go through most of them within a week or less. When you are done reading them lend them to a friend or co-worker to share the knowledge. If you are a manager, these are also great gifts to present to your associates and subordinates.
